We are currently recruiting a Qualifications Administrator on behalf of one of our clients, a training provider, for a temporary position. The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive and effective administration service to set standards and within agreed timescales.  As such to contribute to the department’s objectives, overall levels of customer satisfaction, profitability and professionalism of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • To export student results from our Centre portal and follow the company’s result verification and checking processes, to ensure results are accurate.
  • To upload verified student results to company’s database to allow for Certification.
  • To process student’s achievement records within agreed timescales and SLAs, liaising with centres to provide feedback if incorrect/incomplete information has been supplied.
  • Processing results in accordance with internal and external compliance procedures to meet strict standards for accuracy including adherence to Ofqual regulations.

The Qualifications Administration team provide expert support and service to students and centres.  The team process student results received from the centres via external moderators and verifiers and are responsible for checking the accuracy of data received, inputting it into systems and then producing qualification certificates.

Person specification

  • Medium to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong system knowledge
  • Computer literate with good accuracy and attention to detail are essential in order to maintain the integrity of membership records and the quality of the database.

  • Experience monitoring duplicate records and merging data accurately
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with 100% accuracy
  • Understanding of notifiable incidents, including the risk of certificates being issued to the wrong individuals (Ofqual requirements)
  • Experience working with Integra and other systems
  • Cross-team collaboration with Membership, Student Services, and Assessment teams to complete final checks
  • Comfortable working in repetitive, detail-focused environments, with strong cross-checking and quality assurance practices
  • Methodical and highly organised approach to work
