Our client, a prestigious institute working within an education setting is seeking a professional Administrator /PA to support three members of their leadership team; managing their diaries, correspondence and general administrative duties to enable effective time management and efficient organisation of the varying workloads.
Responsible for the secretarial and administrative duties for the leadership team
preparation of agendas, documentation and minuting as required.
Co-ordinate, liaise and collate documentation for the administration of inspection from time to time as required.
Manage and organise all internal and external events:
o Ensuring events are publicised appropriately in advance
o Organising any documentation, materials and technology for events
o Ensuring appropriate refreshments are available
o Dealing with enquires pertaining to events
In all aspects of the role, respecting the confidential and sensitive nature of the work of the leadership team
Essential requirements:
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Professional and friendly demeanour
Can demonstrate and has proven experience of dealing with sensitive situations with integrity, tact and diplomacy
Flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment
Good standard of general education
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent IT skills
Strong organisational skills, able to multitask, meet deadlines and plan/prepare ahead
Ability to write fluently, proofread effectively and draft communications for others
Substantial administrative experience, including diary management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to a diverse range of people
Advantage if you have experience of using MIS/ ISAMs in an education setting
