Sales Administrator

Salary: up to £28,000. Based in Surbiton. Permanent position

We are currently recruiting for a sales administrator to join a dynamic and energetic sales team.  The purpose of the role is to coordinate all the admin support for a busy sales team.  Ensuring, processes are maintained and the sales team are supported with day to day organisation.  This role requires someone who has excellent MS office skills and thrives working within a fast paced environment and has tip top organisation skills.

This is a growing company, a work hard but fun environment within mobile technology sector.

  • Ability to support and organise team members
  • Advanced MS office skills in particular Excel analytical functions
  • Be organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Work well on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Be positive, organised and committed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in gadgets and mobile technology

Key responsibilities: –

  • To manage and update the companies reporting systems
  • To collate the monthly, rolling forecasts, pipelines as per agreed timetable, updated with historic performance ready for analysis and inclusion within specified reports
  • Support the business development managers with client proposals, presentations, reports, business plans and account management plans
  • To organize monthly / quarterly business development meetings, ensuring minutes are issued prior to meeting in a timely manner
  • To ensure that all service level agreements are adhered to and managed throughout cross-departmental functions including: raising jobs, supporting with any logistic queries, helping to manage the schedule, raising PO’s, managing all amendments and ensuring all jobs are priced within the agreed timeframes.
  • Maintaining Database raising new job numbers
  • Market research – to support regular review of the marketplace with a focus on clients and competitors as directed by manager.
  • Additional Accountabilities
  • To manage all product intakes by raising purchase orders, researching and creating any new codes, managing all amendments, and ensuring the stock is loaded within the agreed service level.
  • Product knowledge within the marketplace
  • Maintain and update trackers and communicate these effectively with key business function
