Our client, a well-established, globally recognised organisation are looking to recruit an entry level Administrator. They require an administrator to support to the servicing team and to provide excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent IT skills, highly accurate and has experience of working with a database.

Person Specification:

  • Answering all service related queries in an efficient and customer-friendly manner
  • Speaking to and emailing customers
  • Picking and invoicing orders within an agreed time frame
  • Taking orders via e-mail, fax or telephone and taking payments
  • Participating in annual stock take
  • Amending occurring stock discrepancies
  • Processing returns
  • Assisting technicians and providing general assistance to subcontractors and authorised dealers

Key Responsibilities: –  

  • Be well educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have one years’ previous work experience, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of databases
  • Good communication skills, via email and telephone
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Friendly customer service style and good telephone manner
