Duration of booking: 2 months +           

Full time temporary role – Hybrid working pattern.

Pay rate: from £15 -17 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable / Finance Support professional

on behalf of our client, a global creative and dynamic organisation based in the SE1 area, to start ASAP.

Purpose of role to provide support for the Account payable function.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Multi-currency experience essential.

• Strong commercial acumen and good oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision at times, whilst also understanding the importance of collaborative working
• An enquiring mind with a logical approach to work, combined with numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to work calmly and methodically under pressure.
• A keen attention to detail, working to ensure accuracy in output.
• General comfort working with IT systems, including a strong working knowledge of Excel
• Experience of Deltek Workbook (our Accounting/ERP system) ideally, but it’s not crucial as can X-train.
•  A ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to learn the system is essential.
• You will ideally have experience of working in an Agency in the marketing comms sector.
• Would suit a candidate who maybe studying for a qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
