Day to day responsibilities

  • Sourcing exceptional talent through posting job adverts, networking and head hunting using a variety of platforms.
  • Screening candidates through phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings to ensure they are of top quality.
  • Generating new business through cold calling and marketing
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients to develop trust.
  • Payroll administrator for temporary staff
  • Negotiating fees with new business.
  • Ensuring your candidate receives the best package from the client.
  • Developing a strong understanding of the market and changes throughout
  • Outgoing, lively and good sense of humour

The position is offered on a hybrid working arrangement.
