Understands the job requirements and the culture of the company

I have worked with Absolutely Recruitment for several years. My key requirements from any recruiter are they communicate regularly, understand the role requirements and the culture of the company. This is what I have found  working with Absolutely Recruitment, as they submit candidates who meet all 3 criteria.
