My client is recruiting for a Training Coordinator to work within a small team organising online training courses. The position will be primarily working from home, however occasional visits to the office for training/ meetings will be required. The position involves responding to professional customers booking online courses.
Ideal candidate will have good academics, have relevant experience within a training/ events or similar environment. The position involves dealing with delegates booking online courses, answering technical queries, responding to customers by email or telephone and the ability to multi-task will be essential. Candidate must be tech savvy as they will be responsible for editing website, promoting courses online and marketing events. Candidate will enjoys taking responsibility and managing their own workload. Impeccable written and spoken English will be paramount as well as advanced IT skills.
Evidence of strong customer service experience – going the extra mile to exceed expectations will be required.
