Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: London, West End (Hybrid working, two-days office-based)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)


My client is recruiting for a Sales Manager to support their growth and revenue generation. They specialize in immersive events and strategic communications, aligning people behind brands and strategies. Reporting to the Brand Experience Director and collaborating closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll manage their CRM and Leads function, qualifying leads, monitoring trends, and supporting the pitch process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM and Leads funnel, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Track and qualify leads from various sources, collaborating with Marketing.
  • Handle sales data for marketing campaigns and generate sales leads through research and outreach.
  • Develop collateral and assets with sales and marketing teams.
  • Prepare pitches and presentations showcasing their work and capabilities.
  • Conduct client research to identify needs and challenges.
  • Monitor trends in client verticals, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Research future pipeline and sales opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry news and competitor insights, reporting back to the business.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Effective communicator with internal teams, prospective clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem solver with a curious nature, offering independent solutions.
  • Experience in detailed research methodologies.
  • Data literate with the ability to analyse, interpret, and fuel sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales.
  • Ideal experience in a Creative business or Agency environment.
  • Experience with G Suite preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding of CRM software, preferably Hubspot.
