What you’ll be doing:
You’ll bring learning to life across all kinds of formats — from beautifully designed books and interactive e-learning to dynamic webinars and in-person or virtual classroom materials. You’ll even help shape digital goodies like podcasts and videos.
You’ll work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – yes, it’s a thing), making sure everything is accurate, relevant, and engaging for real humans. You’ll use your creative brain, your organised side, and your tech-savvy to make magic happen.

You’re a curious, clever communicator who loves juggling tasks and meeting deadlines. You’re confident with digital tools, eager to learn new ones, and you’re not afraid of a complex topic — in fact, you enjoy cracking it open and making it accessible.
Key Skills Required:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- High degree of written accuracy (appropriate grammar, spelling and punctuation)
- High level of attention to detail and ability to understand complex content
- Ability to independently research concepts and topics accurately and efficiently
- Confidence in liaising with subject experts and managing their outputs
- Effective communication skills and ease in dealing with a variety of audiences, using appropriate language, style, and content
- High degree of computer literacy with MS Office/Google Suite is essential (e.g. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)
- Willingness to quickly learn and master new tools and systems for creating and maintaining a wide range of products.
- Publishing, image manipulation and video production skills and familiarity with specialist tools e.g. Adobe apps like InDesign and Photoshop is a distinct advantage
- Experience in rewriting and copy-editing is preferable
- Interest in and aptitude for digital technology as it relates to online training and learning
- Ability to understand the principles of education and training
- Well-organised and able to manage time and work to deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks, understand processes and how your work fits in with the wider successes of the department and the company
- Highly motivated, adaptable and able to take responsibility for personal workload
- Able to bring imaginative problem-solving techniques to the achievement of objectives
- Able to maintain focus and effectively monitor the progress of long-term projects
