Permanent role – 10 hours per week – 2 short days in the office.
Salary £9, 400 – £12, 500 per annum DOE
Based Kingston upon Thames

We are currently recruiting for Part time Bookkeeper qualified to AAT level 2 for one of our a clients, a well-established organisation based in Kingston

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the accounts manager and working as part of a small well-established team you will be responsible for maintaining the organisation’s financial records and help to prepare accounts for filing returns using Xero.
• This is a fast-paced environment therefore the ability to work well under pressure is essential.
• Must be a focused with strong attention to detail.
• Hard working, loyal and stable
• Ensure efficient and appropriate communication with customers and suppliers

Person Specification

• Must be an experienced bookkeeper with a AAT Level 2 minimum qualification.
• Good working knowledge of Xero
• Stable work history as a bookkeeper
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritise and work to deadlines.
• Desire to work with the company as a bookkeeper on a part time basis long term.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player to work as part of a small sociable team
• A quick and efficient worker with the ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment
• Lives within an easily commutable distance from Kingston upon Thames
