Job Title: Individual Giving Officer
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description: My client is a non-profit organization are seeking a passionate and results-driven Individual Giving Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Play a crucial role in fostering relationships with individual donors to secure financial support for the organization.
Create and implement strategies to attract, retain, and upgrade individual donors, ensuring a steady and growing stream of funding for the organization.
Report directly to the Fundraising Manager and work closely with other members of the Development team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in individual fundraising, donor relations, or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with fundraising databases and CRM systems.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in individual giving and philanthropy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
