Executive Assistant

Based in Wimbledon. Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum.

We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to work within lovely offices in the Wimbledon area. You will be the assisting with both corporate and private requirements. This is an ideal role for someone who can work within a fast paced environment and hit the ground running.

 Person Specification:

  • Able to work individually in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent grammar and written skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Key Responsibilities: –  


  • Extensive, constantly changing diary management over various time zones
  • Prioritising and scheduling business meetings and private engagements
  • Preparing and collating papers for meetings


  • Organising worldwide travel with multi leg trips
  • Booking hotels and restaurants
  • Complex international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Arranging visas and ensuring that travel documentation is up to date


  • Various Credit Card Expenses
  • Responsible for private bank accounts
  • Responsible for cash in safe including foreign currency and petty cash.
  • Banking and reconciliation

HR Duties

  • Recruitment of staff both for the private household and for the Company
  • Managing staff holidays
  • Starters and Leavers forms and inductions. Liaising with household staff


  • Administrator of the in-house charity. Preparing Agendas and Meeting Packs
  • Presenting requests to the Trustees and acting on their decisions.
  • Taking and preparing Minutes of Meetings


Ad Hoc Duties

  • Acting as gatekeeper and liaising with senior executives and staff
  • Inbox management, prioritising emails and drafting response
  • Preparation of weekly meeting pack
  • Setting up international telephone and video conferences
  • Record keeping and filing
  • Project work – conducting research and analysis of findings. Registering for forums and trade shows
  • Purchasing tickets for sporting events
  • Responsible for stationery and office supplies
  • Licencing of vehicles and arranging insurance
