We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive in behalf of our client, a well-established, commercial construction company based in Southwest London.  If you’re ambitious, people-driven, and want to accelerate your career in business this role gives you the platform to do just that.
Key Responsibilities: – 
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director and wider team to help drive growth, develop client relationships, and spot new opportunities. Your role will include:
- Supporting the delivery of our business development and sales activities
 
- Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Maguire Brothers with
 
- professionalism and credibility
 
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key
 
- stakeholders
 
- Identifying and researching new business opportunities, particularly in
 
- commercial property and surveying sectors
 
- Using CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to manage leads, track progress, and
 
- report on activity
 
- Attending client meetings, events, and networking functions to raise the
 
- company profile
 
Person Specification: –
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales or business development,
 
- Driven and ambitious individual
 
- A confident communicator who loves meeting people and building trust
 
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets
 
- Organised, with the ability to manage your time and prioritise effectively
 
- Curious about the property and construction world and keen to grow your
 
- expertise
 
- Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot (or quick to pick them up)
