A survey from HR and employment law experts Citation has found 93 per cent of small business owners agree that the most important factor in achieving business growth and long-term success is hiring the right people and creating a happy and engaged workforce. The results from quizzing 139 small business owners showed 65 per cent of the business owners surveyed agree that employing a specific recruitment HR strategy has a direct impact on business success and financial growth. Since the job market is buoyant, employers must do everything they can to retain their best employees and attract the best talent.
