Due to substantial growth, my client is looking for X2 Part Time Customer Care Administrators to join a friendly team dealing with administration.
Flexible hours and days to suit.

This role will support a customer service team and will involve providing administrative support to customers. Position involves monitoring a busy email box and responding to queries. Assisting with despatching information to customers and keeping track of requests as appropriate.
Accuracy is key within this role and the successful candidate must be well-organised and self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills. There is limited phone work, however candidates must also be confident on the phone as and when necessary.
The successful candidate will receive full training on all internal systems but must be comfortable working with technology such as Zoom, Learning Management Systems and online calendars and document storage.
Customer Care Administration:
To provide an efficient, friendly and helpful response to all customer enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved and queries/requests responded to within agreed response times.
Scanning and filing of documents, processing customer information and adding/updating on to the database with absolute accuracy
To provide effective support of the print and despatch function to include printing and sending materials for individual orders, resource material orders, open course and in-company materials. Arranging couriers, post and franking and any other despatch related task as required.
To support and carry out other routine tasks undertaken by the customer service team including responding to email and telephone queries.
