[19173] - Temporary – Office Administrator and Events Support

We are recruiting on behalf of an educational institute who are looking to recruit a temporary member of staff to support them through a busy period.  The work is interesting and varied.  The position includes ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day running of a  co-working facility whilst also supporting the events/hires team. Being part of a team that contributes to generation of an important revenue stream at the institute.

Activities often include:

 Excellent communication with customers to ascertain their precise co-working or hire/event

  • Selling and administering co-working memberships, including payments, setting up access, delivering induction and orientation information, responding to queries, and facilitating networking opportunities in a busy co-working
  • Oversight and reporting of cleaning and maintenance requirements in a busy co-working
  • Organising networking and other events to take place in co-working space, adding value to the co-working
  • Generating sales of new co working memberships
  • Researching and building relationships with potential customers
  • Administration of social media marketing to drive sales and exposure for the Bridge co- working
  • Facilitating ad-hoc requests and solving problems to enhance the experience of co-workers, hirers and event attendees while minimising disruption to the business
  • Using strong coordination skills and attention to detail to help coordinate operationally smooth hires and other
  • Support in securing and booking the most suitable rooms or location in dialogue with rooming administrators and academic staff when
  • Supporting in the customer service and liaison during a hire booking or
  • Liaising with internal marketing colleagues to promote co-working facility and
  • Managing databases to ensure customers’ details are stored and used to target sales

A current DBS will re required.

The position is to start immediately.
