Our client is looking for a candidate with good admin/ customer service skills and working knowledge of databases to undertake a temporary contract until 31st March 2022.
The job involves database and administrative tasks to support a friendly team along with delivering excellent customer service to internal and external clients. This role will ensure that data is captured, held and used in ways that will support the activities of the team.
The position involves regularly importing /exporting and manipulation of data between databases
To play a key role in maintaining accurate, clean and regularly audited data producing reports where necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel and databases
Proven experience of effectively utilizing databases
Proven experience of supporting customers
Experience of working as part of a team
Ability to use customer relationship management database
Excellent customer service skill
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
