Our client, a well-established, international organisation are looking to recruit an entry level customer service administrator. The company was established in the UK over 35 years ago and is one of the world leaders in its field offering their employees the opportunity to progress, grow and develop alongside the company. They require an administrator to support to the servicing team and to provide excellent customer service.
Key duties of this role include:-
Answering all service related queries in an efficient and customer-friendly manner
Responding to customers via telephone and email
Picking and invoicing orders within an agreed time frame
Taking orders via e-mail, fax or telephone and taking payments
Participating in annual stock take
Amending occurring stock discrepancies
Position is based in Surbiton and available immediately!
