Location: Kingston upon Thames
Hours: 9am – 2pm
Salary: £11.00 – £12.00 per hour

Working for a friendly office based in Kingston upon Thames. Our client is looking for an administrator to join their property team on a temporary basis for 6 – 8 months

Key Responsibility

• Generating letters for instructions and writing up property details
• Answering calls and general enquiries regarding maintenance issues for lettings
• Taking calls regarding new properties

Person specification

• Previous administration experience
• A confident, professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of using property or CRM databases an advantage
• Superb customer service skills
• Prepared to commit for the 6mths
