Based in South West London. Competitive Salary. 6 month contract


We are currently recruiting for an Administrator/PA to support a team. This is a fantastic opportunity working within a small newly created department/ team within an influential organisation based in lovely offices in the SW London area.  The department manage partnerships with other organisations that carry out services for the organisation. The ideal candidate must have excellent IT Skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Main point of contact for the team, answering all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Support management in all matters, including briefing and engaging staff for commercial events and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Monitor key dates/ events/ priorities and activity plans for the team
  • Working with the manager to support the recruitment and retention of the company’s research sponsors
  • Support the companies regional events strategy ensuring the company delivers on all commitments and ensures process is following – some marketing knowledge helpful


The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:


  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Ability to understand straightforward financial information
  • Knowledge of marketing planning would be an advantage
  • Competent in MS office
  • Professional and confident candidate with excellent communication skills

Candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team and work to deadlines
