My client is seeking a fluent Swedish speaker to join a customer service team. The position would involve answering queries by telephone and email and problem solving where necessary.
Ideally the candidate would have knowledge of the Nordic region and culture.
Candidates should have a good spoken and written command of the English language and the ability to provide first class customer service skills to a range of clientele but mainly from the Nordic region.
The position is offered on a short – term contract, however this could be extended and there is a possibility the position could be permanent in the fullness of time.
