We are currently recruiting for a customer Service Support Administrator to work for a leading brand in the Surrey area. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate who is customer focused with excellent communication skills, who has ideally worked within an office environment previously and has an interest in Photography or cameras.

Person Specification: –
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlooks
Educated to degree level or equivalent (Photography degree a bonus but all disciplines considered)
Will possess customer services and /or sales skills ideally gained within an office based environment.
Methodical approach with ability to prioritise workload and multi-task
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines without compromising on attention to detail
Can do, pro-active approach to work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some working knowledge of database or CRM systems
Live within an easily commutable distance from the Kingston upon Thames area.
Key Responsibilities: –
To provide a highly professional level of service and support to customers via telephone, letter and email.
Carry out administrative tasks to provide efficient and effective repair service of products for customers
Respond effectively to calls and take action to resolve issues.
Respond efficiently to service related and technical emails
Respond to complaints and queries promptly and efficiently
Demonstrate good knowledge of technical, photographic and repair issues
Database update and maintenance ensuring all repairs are registered on the system.
To process payments accurately and correctly and within current legislation
To work in accordance with company policy and GDPR guidelines
Provide administrative support to the team and work as a part of a collaborative team to provide a first class service to customers.
