Senior Account Executive – Full time office, hybrid role
Salary 24,000 -£27, 000 per annum
Based in Surbiton
Are you a driven Account Executive who has experience working in the FMCG industry? Our high-profile client is seeking a candidate to support the sales team and manage all account managment and administrative tasks relating to designated accounts in the UK and Europe. Ideally candidate should have some experience in supporting sales, customer services and admin to join the sales team in order to drive the business and manage their existing and new clients. Develop account business plans to deliver account strategy.
Ensure agreed account targets are met.
Develop promotions/programmes providing agreed profitability/ROI across the product range.
Maximise opportunities by analysing accounts’ business and trends.
Order management reporting, stock management and allocation, terms and pricing.
Develop short, mid and long-term business plans, account targets and strategies.
Manage approved and allocated retailer investment budgets.
Complete weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Ensure sales databases are updated.
Order management in SAP and DealerNet (retailer order portal) & Key Account Support
Ensure invoices are correctly processed
1-2 years of work experience, preferably within sales, customer service/support
Strong customer relationship skills
Knowledge of SAP
Strong verbal, written communication skills in English
Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with retailers
Commercial profitability and ROI awareness
Team player with ability to work collaboratively across the business
A clear understanding of the wider business priorities in order to drive results
Adaptable and willing to embrace change in order to respond to the changing requirements of the business
Able to work well under pressure and enjoy problem solving
Excellent attention to detail
Provide support to internal partners and colleagues as required
