My client is seeking a good all round secretary to work in a small organisation (healthcare setting) supporting the manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the business objectives and liaising with prospective clients.
  • Handling office tasks, such as mail, filing, setting up for meetings, record keeping, assisting with compliance and re-ordering supplies.
  • Attending to phone calls, monthly input of data – invoicing, other regulatory updates.
  • Using computers to generate formats, minutes from meetings and sending monthly reporting.  Moving forward with digitized care planning and systems. Assisting the HO with information requirements; purchase and sales details.
  • Greet and assist visitors if required, particularly as a priority for promotion as when required.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail in conjunction with the registered manager and nurses.
  • Anticipate the needs of the clinical nurses to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

 Profile

  • Diploma or degree.
  • Small business experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
