My client is seeking a good all round secretary to work in a small organisation (healthcare setting) supporting the manager.
Promoting the business objectives and liaising with prospective clients.
Handling office tasks, such as mail, filing, setting up for meetings, record keeping, assisting with compliance and re-ordering supplies.
Attending to phone calls, monthly input of data – invoicing, other regulatory updates.
Using computers to generate formats, minutes from meetings and sending monthly reporting. Moving forward with digitized care planning and systems. Assisting the HO with information requirements; purchase and sales details.
Greet and assist visitors if required, particularly as a priority for promotion as when required.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail in conjunction with the registered manager and nurses.
Anticipate the needs of the clinical nurses to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Diploma or degree.
Small business experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
