We are currently recruiting for a customer Sales Support Coordinator to work for a leading global brand in the Surrey area. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate who is customer focused with excellent communication skills, who has ideally worked within an office environment previously.
Good Microsoft Excel/Word skills
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of working in an office environment
Ability to organise/prioritise workload and meet deadlines and multi-task
Excellent time-management and ability to understand and respond to business priorities
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
Keen to learn and develop personal skill set
Excellent communication and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Accuracy & attention to detail
Manage customer orders work on SAP to ensure orders are reviewed and correct
Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to build relationships with retailers and colleagues
A committed team member who is reliable & enthusiastic
SAP experience is desirable
Customer service and sales experience is desirable
Key account support – working closely with account managers and retailers
Managing outbound call cycle and being the main point of contact
Managing stock allocation
Monitor sales support email mailbox
Process faulty returns
Ensure invoices and correctly processed against the correct budgets
Answer calls from retailers
Coordinate with logistic companies and retailers to ensure bookings are delivered when required
