Sales Operations Executive, full time, permanent position.
Salary: £22000 per annum
Based in Surbiton area
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Executive on behalf of our client, a fast-growing award-winning technology company based in the Surbiton area. The ideal candidate will ideally have worked or currently be working in a similar role and will possess excellent customer services and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
A high level of competence using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Competency with sales CRM platforms
A track record in customer services and /or sales administration, ideally will have worked in a similar role.
Familiarity with preparation of sales reports
Be highly organised and capable of working efficiently on several tasks.
Have worked within the technology or mobile technology sector previously
Experience of working with European customers would be desirable.
An additional language would be a bonus
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this cross functional role will provide high exposure to various departments within the company include Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing and Warehouse to address and resolve challenges facing the team and business.
Providing day to day support to Sales by navigating internal processes and workflows and resolving issues as they occur.
Gathering information with various stakeholders to produce useful reports and taking ownership for the management and delivery of sales focused reports for sales meetings.
Support the development of reporting data collection and analysis.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure all deals continue to progress through the sales process.
Manage and maintain a CRM database ensuing all issues and returns are logged.
Tracking shipments, alerting the sales team about product recalls
Work with sales / purchasing teas to inform customers of deals and promotions.
Responsible for setting up customer accounts with the accounts department
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, provide customer feedback and record on the CRM system.
