Sales & Marketing Executive, Surrey
Fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Support Administrator to join a well-established expanding organisation based in the Surbiton area.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Directors and the team and to demonstrate a first class customer service to customers and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will be graduate /graduate calibre 2nd jobber with:
Proven work experience as a Sales support or Marketing support administrator with
A pleasant professional telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills.
Sales order processing skills – knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
Hands on experience CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Produce marketing materials for brand and for exhibitions.
Adobe suite skills would be advantageous but not essential.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
The ability to produce a high standard of work with strong attention to detail is required.
The ability to multi-task under pressure without compromising on the quality of the work produced.
A team player with a “can do” flexible approach.
A degree in in Marketing or associate degree would be a bonus!.
