Sales Consultant 
Location: Chiswick
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45am – 6pm and every other Saturday
Salary: £24,000 Plus commission (OTE approx. £45k – £55k depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant for a market-leading independent estate agency with branches based in the South-West London area.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer honest, reliable, and professional advice to potential vendors and buyers.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
• Adhere to office procedures and policies.
• Contribute to and be aware of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• List properties on the market effectively
• Proactively generate business by reaching out to the existing database
• Conduct valuations (for experienced candidates) and secure instructions for a positive first impression
• If experienced in valuations, consideration for a more senior role with additional responsibilities.

Person Specification

• Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator; candidates with relevant experience in real estate, or a strong sales background in other industries, will also be considered
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Solid IT skills, including experience with Estate Agency CRM systems.
• Key negotiation skills and a natural aptitude for sales
• Well-spoken and well-presented
• Target-driven and ambitious
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality
• Must be car owner/driver
