We are currently recruiting for a temporary position as a Resource Coordinator. The role involves supporting the office workers with maintaining systems including health & safety, PCs and general infrastructure.
During the role you will reporting into the HR department and be the administrator for the company, working closely with the back office team and service users providing a responsive administrative and resources support service. Being first point of contact for queries and resolving or signposting as necessary, help with ad-hoc projects for the teams when needed ie. software / document support/creation, creating resources for teams to use when they have identified a need.
This role requires someone who is positive with a ‘can do attitude and has a high level of discretion
