Salary £21, 990 per annum / hourly temp rate TBC £10-12 per hour

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 25 days leave p.a. plus bank holidays

HYBRID ROLE – Based remotely and Hampton Wick/Kingston upon Thames area

We are currently recruiting for a Repairs and Maintenance Administrator for housing organisation based in the Kingston upon Thames:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience working in an office in a housing administration role
  • Social housing background is preferred though may consider candidates from other housing or property maintenance background.
  • Knowledge of MIS ACTIVE H CRM systems a distinct advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM and repairs systems required.
  • IT literate with good Excel skills
  • High standard of spoken and written English
  • Great customer care skills
  • Taking calls and diagnosing repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Completing and raising orders correctly and accurately.
  • Ensuring that you are working in accordance with budgets and bearing price and costs of repairs in mind.
  • Numerate
  • Minimum of GCSE English and Maths
  • Data input skills – Must have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work well under pressure and ensure all activities are tracked on the system.
  • Must be able to pick things up quickly and “hit the ground running”

Purpose of the role:

  • Working as part of a small team to administer the day to day repair orders for properties of 400+ across England
