[17878] - Property / Customer Service / Project Manager

Immediate position available for a candidate with good project management and customer service skills and ideally experience within a property environment but not essential. ideal candidate enjoys working in a busy environment, is numerate and has a hard working ethos.

The position is working within a friendly supportive team.

  • The role will be in charge of and overseeing the account management for different house building companies. within this you will liaise with clients to carry out works on their behalf. You will have to log all works received and issue the works to internal tradesman through a diary management system. You will organise all trade men involved with the works as well as all materials needed to complete the works. Once completed you will report back to the client that all works are completed and finished and help finance prepare invoice for the works undertaken.
  • Be primary point of contact and build long term relationships with clients and internal workforce
  • To account manage, oversee and implement works on behalf of the clients.
  • Liaise with clients/workforce through email, phones, presentations and in person meetings
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of contractors according to customer needs
  • Communicate clearly the progress of works to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track diary of works
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day to day basis
  • Work with finance to ensure invoicing and their requirements are adhered to on a daily basis
  • Ensure department and organisations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to all jobs
  • Order adhoc supplies and services that is required for works being carried out


  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
