Procurement & Risk Executive
Based in Hampton Hill
Full time permanent office-based role
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum.

To ensure vehicle Procurement and Vehicle Risk (Remarketing) is completed accurately and in a timely manner and to provide proactive support to the business in relation to department responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • To process related invoices and compile reports as
  • To ensure that Kerridge Invoices processed with the relevant information for vehicles going via third party suppliers or third-party fitments.
  • Raising & Handling customer issues caused by our supply chain and ensuring a resolution from the suppliers.
  • Contacting suppliers regarding vehicle conversions or third party fitments if required as part of the vehicle quote/order.
  • Working with external vehicle conversion facilities and specialist providers to ensure all aspects of the vehicle and conversion order is effectively supported and managed.
  • To provide training as required to new team members including ensuring that work instructions are kept up to date.
  • Management of the Leaselink network for vehicle supply to make sure the data and communications are correct.
  • To process all requests regarding vehicle availability, delivery progress, options pricing, demonstration requests, daily reports and general enquiries.
  • To raise vehicle orders, ensuring all relevant information is sent to the vehicle
  • To progress vehicles on order to ensure timely receipt of stock details and prompt delivery to the customer.
  • To liaise with the account management department and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered to all parties’ satisfaction.
  • To manage the order process between internal and external suppliers following department
  • To monitor supplier performance and report any issues to the HRPR, attending review meetings with vehicle suppliers as required.

Risk

  • To assist with and support the processes relating to the disposal of
  • To liaise with the Account Management Team regarding ‘end of contract’
  • To liaise with Venson suppliers and appointed collection agents regarding ‘end of contract’ vehicle collections.
  • To liaise with appointed assessors regarding ‘end of contract’ vehicle
  • To liaise with appointed auction houses regarding vehicle disposals and ‘end of contract’

repairs.

  • To process related
  • To update the Fleetware system and all relevant files with vehicle disposal
  • To process the V5 documents to a new
  • To process the service history reports to send to the appointed Auction

 

Person Specification 

  • Extensive administration experience
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction whilst managing client expectation
  • Good level of sector, industry and product knowledge, including using and maintaining Leaselink. (Desirable)
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required
  • Good organisational & problem solving skills
