Part Time / HR Recruitment Coordinator: flexible hours + fantastic benefits 

Our client is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy but friendly HR team on a part-time basis – 21 hours a week – the work pattern can flex to suit the candidate.

This is a key role within the HR Department, as you will be the face of our company, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of the HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the HR Business Partner and the wider HR team, to implement Talent Acquisition policies and processes
  • Partnering and building effective relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their resourcing requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for current and potential employees
  • Write and post job advertisements on career websites, job boards
  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn
  • Continually strive to improve the level of service provided by the Resourcing team to all stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates and suppliers
  • Organise and administer selection processes including online testing and telephone interviews
  • Optimising the use of the recruitment portal and all recruiting technology used
  • Organisation of the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes (graduate, apprentice and school leaver), attending open days and careers fairs when required
  • Ensure Resourcing is seen as a Centre of Excellence within HR and the wider business

Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of the recruitment process, market & HR best practice
  • Experience of using a range of attraction channels and technology for resourcing – ideally Eploy
  • Understanding of candidate screening and selection processes
  • Experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role where there was a high level of direct sourcing
  • Strong relationship management skills – within own team and wider business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great team player, always willing to contribute and support others
  • High level of attention to detail
