Prestigious client in SW London are looking for a part time Examinations Officer – ideally 3 days per week – can be flexible £16,200 (£27,000 FTE)-
Work within a friendly Customer Service team and provide support to customers worldwide from the point at which they enrol for training and until the point their training is completed.
Maintain a CRM system, respond to customer queries by e-mail and telephone (both corporate and individual customers) and register customers for their assessments with the relevant awarding bodies. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will primarily take responsibility for managing the Exams Inbox, ensuring an accurate, helpful and quick response to queries.
The role requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be liaising with our customers, corporate clients, external venue providers and professional examination boards but you will also need excellent attention to detail to ensure that customers are accurately registered with the appropriate awarding bodies.
The successful candidate will be well-organised, proactive and self-motivated and be passionate about providing an excellent level of service to customers. Candidates will need to be able to work accurately at speed. The role requires a multi-tasking approach and an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate and some degree of customer service experience will be crucial.
