Part time Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Assistant

Part time, permanent role – 2.5-3 days per week

Hours: can be flexible (standard office hours: Monday- Friday- 8.45am – 5.30pm)

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant with design skills on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established estate agency based in the Kingston upon Thames area.

Person Specification: –

• The ideal candidate will be a Marketing Assistant with digital marketing and design skills and good copywriting skills
• Previous marketing skills and experience gained within the property sector is desirable
• Experienced in creating property details for websites to a professional standard with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design packages is required
• Ability to produce business cards, letterheads and company stationery -Marketing campaigns including flyers and poster designs
• Must possess excellent English and proven copy writing skills
• ITsavvy with social media and marketing skills
• Knowledge of content writing and posting photographs on Instagram and other social media channels
• A creative individual and a team player with a positive “can do” approach.
• Candidates living within an easily commutable distance from Kingston upon Thames will be preferred.
• Own portfolio and samples of published copy writing articles would be distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities: –

• Marketing for the company including maintaining the company website and promoting the brand via social media
• Produce content, blogs, reviews and testimonials for the website, posts for Instagram and other social media channels using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar packages
• Copy writing
• Create floor plans and energy efficiency details (EPC’s) and upload on the company website
• Creation of property plans and window cards
• Write up property descriptions
• Update and load images on the website
• Working in accordance with legal property legislation and compliance.
