My client is a dynamic, small business working within the care industry with multiple sites across SW London. If you are an experienced HR professional with a strong HR foundation who has experienced the 100 people phase (preferred) and is eager to lend their experience to help my client navigate their next exciting growth plans read on!
You would work with directors and managers to operate efficient people processes and lead HR related projects. Working with the management team to continually improve on the quality of staff and the ways in which they are supported.
Key focus areas:
Contribute and continually improve processes and policies to ensure they’re appropriate for a growing company
Oversee values led recruitment
Investing further in diversity, equity and inclusion
Building on existing people processes to strengthen and scale them
Act as our initial escalation point for complaints and grievances
Leading, nurturing, and growing the Team
Highly motivated and dynamic self starter
Flexible and adaptable to meet the daily challenges that arise
Open to working collaboratively, sharing knowledge with and learning from colleagues
Proficient with IT
Open to and able to inspire progressive change

Experience in building learning & development teams and programmes
