This is a new position within the company, the job will evolve with the person, this is a visible role, and as office manager/PA an opportunity to make the job your own. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the management team.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive office management service for a thriving expanding organisation and to provide PA support at executive level. Duties will encompass but not be limited to:
Facilities management including contract management – negotiating with new and existing suppliers Health & Safety.
HR administration – contract management, onboarding and inducting new staff (training provided)
Working on various specialist projects
PA support – diary management, composing and typing correspondence, acting of first point of contact for Directors, taking and fielding calls and dealing with queries
Personal attributes would include being IT savvy, excellent communication skills, ability to build, nourish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, first class organisation skills, ability to multi-task and the genuine desire to make a difference.
