Office Administrator – Project Management, full time, permanent position.
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Based in Kingston upon Thames
We are currently recruiting for a full time Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly successful project management company working in the residential construction sector that oversee the design and build of loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments and are looking for a talented individual to join our office team.
To project manage many projects simultaneously from sale through to completion.
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, planners, building control, party wall surveyors, contractors and suppliers.
Be the Client’s office point of contact throughout their project and provide a high level of customer service.
Keep track of changes to contracts/extras.
Request Payments from Clients.
General admin support including filing, data entry, scanning and postage.
Support sales surveyors.
Carry out follow up calls to potential Clients after they have received our quotation.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
A confident telephone manner and strong English language skills (written/oral).
A high level of competence using Windows/Microsoft Office (particularly Office Excel).
Be highly organised and capable of working efficiently on several tasks.
