Office Administrator – Project Management, full time, permanent position.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Based in Kingston upon Thames

We are currently recruiting for a full time Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly successful project management company working in the residential construction sector that   oversee the design and build of loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments and are looking for a talented individual to join our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To project manage many projects simultaneously from sale through to completion.
  • Liaise with architects, structural engineers, planners, building control, party wall surveyors, contractors and suppliers.
  • Be the Client’s office point of contact throughout their project and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Keep track of changes to contracts/extras.
  • Request Payments from Clients.
  • General admin support including filing, data entry, scanning and postage.
  • Support sales surveyors.
  • Carry out follow up calls to potential Clients after they have received our quotation.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A confident telephone manner and strong English language skills (written/oral).
  • A high level of competence using Windows/Microsoft Office (particularly Office Excel).

Be highly organised and capable of working efficiently on several tasks.
