We have an opportunity for a keen, confident, super organised and driven Business Development Executive to join our small, dynamic and busy marketing consultancy team on a full-time permanent basis.
We are looking for candidates who want to build on their sales experience and develop their skills as a successful Business Development Executive. This a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced marketing team within an established business, experiencing a period of exciting growth.
In addition to increasing our own new business opportunities you will also work across several accounts, promoting different companies within the property and construction industry:
driving sales through an understanding of our clients target business and have a clear insight into the value our clients will bring to these businesses
building and strengthening corporate relationships between our client and their clients, meeting at all levels, including senior
maintaining a register of leads and opportunities using a CRM system
You ideally have one years’ experience in a similar role, degree level education is preferred. Knowledge of the construction and property market would be advantageous, but not essential.
You will be required to actively promote, protect, develop and extend the business and seek out prospect and new business opportunities through cold- calling, attendance at networking events, meetings and using social media.
You will be up to date with all business development industry trends and an understanding of the property and construction sector would be an advantage. You will be proactive in attending industry events, conferences on behalf of our clients, when required.
