Location: Twickenham and 1 day per week in HQ in Burgess Hill
Key Responsibilities
Managing effective and compelling campaigns that meet sales and developmental objectives
Producing and delivering a consistently high level of work across a variety of platforms including: content writing, advertising, social media, websites and emails
Providing design and graphics for website, email marketing, other digital media, and print collateral
Collating, analysing reporting on campaign success metrics and tracking overall marketing engagement
Supporting with organising and delivering external and internal events, including webinars, corporate entertainment, and staff parties.
Person Specification
Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing techniques
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience of utilising social media as a marketing tool
Understanding of digital marketing techniques (i.e. Google Analytics, PPC)
Organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
IT confidence (MS Office and MAC)
Passion, energy, and a strong customer service ethos
Effective, confident, and considerate communication skills both in writing and verbally and an ability to adapt your communication style accordingly
Intuitive thinking and confident decision making
A willing approach to training and personal development
Educated to degree level in Marketing related subject and/or equivalent industry experience.
Ideal, but not essential (full training provided)
Experience of using HTML and CSS
Understanding of cross browser compatibility and responsive design
Experience using design software (Adobe InDesign & Illustrator)
Insurance or financial services background would be an advantage
