Law Graduate -Legal Administrator / Receptionist
My client, a firm of solicitors who deal with a wide area of law including wills, probate and conveyancing is looking for a candidate, ideally a recent law graduate to support a small team with general admin and secretarial duties.
Fantastic opportunity to work in a legal environment and gain exposure to legal terminology/ documents in the work- place and be trained on legal systems.
The duties are varied however, include, first contact on the telephone for enquiries and reception, dealing with the daily post, photocopying, scanning documents, typing of general correspondence and generally supporting the team and keeping the office tidy.
The candidate must be happy to work in a small environment, flexible, hard -working ethos and willing to help with a variety of duties where necessary.
Law Degree preferred
Confident communicator both verbal and written
Lots of common sense and a genuine interest in working in a legal environment
The job is working full time in the office.
