Legal Assistant – Conduct Ethics EAPM Executive – Temporary position – ( approximately 3 months )
As Conduct Ethics EAPM Executive, you will facilitate the Code of Conduct and Ethics functions of the CIPD & the EAPM Secretariat. This role supports the Code of Conduct team and takes the lead on investigations and complaints. This role plays a key part in the organisation, working quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards and quality relationships with all stakeholders.
Managing the inbox; managing case files and tracker;
Supporting the screening of complaints, documentation and execution of the relevant processes;
Researching potential complaints for presentation to Designated Officers.
Monitoring an online forum for ethical dilemmas: managing the functionality and development of the forum, working with internal colleagues and stakeholders; monitoring the dilemmas raised, escalating where appropriate.
Collation and analysis of statistics & insights from the Code of Conduct cases and online forum, developing case studies and materials; coordinating & supporting ethics events & focus groups; development & issue of surveys; working with internal teams.
Report writing skills.
Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Legal and or governance/regulatory/disciplinary/investigation knowledge/experience would be an advantage.
Excellent administrative, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work under time constraints.
Able and willing to operate flexibly and switch priorities when necessary, able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Computer literacy, with ability to use Microsoft office and teams to a high standard are essential.
