Full time hours – office based, hybrid or remote working

The Learning Delivery Coordinator provide the effective customer service and efficient end-

to-end delivery of company’s  Learning’s digital, blended and face-to-face solutions and

accredited programmes to its members, learners, customers and clients.

The role requires a commitment to facilitating the highest quality learner experiences,

through the scoping of delivery requirements; scheduling online virtual

classrooms/webinars, blended and face-to-face events; facilitating the provision of learning

resources; supporting learners and encouraging learner feedback and engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with customers, clients

and key stakeholders to ensure learning programmes and events run effectively

Schedule and set up digital, blended and face-to-face open courses, events and

“Accredited Programmes” in collaboration with the Learning Delivery team

– Maintaining clear stakeholder communication

– Delivering to agreed timescales and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

Process bookings, digital orders and applications on systems, ensuring accuracy of

information, operating within service standards, business rules and data protection


Support the Learning Design, Delivery, Associate, Quality Assurance and Customer

Service Teams to provide a quality seamless service to all customers

Manage the logistics and scheduling for virtual classes/webinars ensuring they are

delivered to a high standard, with relevant resources, support for facilitators and hosts,

and to facilitate learner feedback

Ensure blended and face-to-face events are coordinated and delivered to a high

standard and to facilitate learner feedback

Accurately raise invoices and credit notes using the relevant system and approve

supplier invoices within agreed service standards, and be the first point of contact for

financial queries

Key requirements 

Prioritisation and organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic


Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects

Digital skills and ability to master new systems
