We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Specialist to join a friendly HR Team.
This role is a new standalone role that will work closely with the HR, Payroll and IT teams to fully embed our new people system – NaturalHR.
A key part of this role will be the implementation of a new cloud based HRIS through to post go live. This is an exciting opportunity for an person experienced in delivering HR Systems to support a fast growing business in need of improvements to their HR systems and processes.
Your responsibilities are:
Establish a clear plan for implementation, with priorities defined and timelines agreed.
Deliver the implementation plan ensuring you work in collaboration with all relevant members of the project working party and drive forward positive team relationships.
Gather and consolidate all personnel data relevant for upload onto NaturalHR. Use good relationship building skills to appropriately liaise with colleagues at a range of our regional sites and attain all data needed.
Document all relevant processes to ensure all system improvements can be maintained by the team.
Handle the implementation and linking of other systems and software through an open API to ensure a seamless usage of existing and new systems
Be the main point of contact with NaturalHR, ensuring all tasks and testing is completed in a timely manner and any issues are escalated and fixed as a priority. Successfully liaise with NaturalHR through their Project Management platform Asana, to ensure there is transparency on progress and issues.
Lead the pre-launch training with all key stakeholders ensuring all areas of the system are fully utilised from launch and ensuring all parties are engaged in the project and are clear on their role within the system.
Write and deliver all training on the system in conjunction with NaturalHR to ensure all users have sufficient understanding of changes to ways of working; i.e., new process through NHR to book holidays and report sickness.
Successfully market and launch the HR system across the group by the deadline.
Following a successful launch, work through any issues and corrections to ensure the system is fully onboarded and the system is utilised 100% to its capabilities. Landover document to be completed, with recommendations for future phased work and development to ensure the system continues to be relevant.
Extensive experience of using HR Systems, preferably NaturalHR – considered an HRIS expert.
Experience of working with sensitive HR data, completing data migration, ensuring data quality through robust UAT testing
Previous experience in HR system implementation with self-service functionality.
Experience working in a complex business environment.
Excellent working knowledge of HR functionality (HR administration, payroll, absence, recruitment, onboarding and learning and development tasks).
Independent working and has experience of driving projects through to delivery
Project Management qualification would be desirable.
