Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a commercial office, with excellent training?

Our client, a large brand name, requires an administrator to provide a highly professional level of customer service and support to the company’s customers via telephone, email and letter.


Key Duties:-


  • Providing a high level of service support and administration for both internal and external customers
  • Answering telephone enquiries within departmental targets as well as dealing with e-mails, formal letters and occasionally face to face
  • Ensuring essential administrative tasks are carried out whenever necessary to provide an efficient and effective service
  • Assisting customers who have made appointments to see us face-to-face
  • Handling verbal and written complaints professionally and effectively
  • Processing information onto a computer system



To be considered for these roles you must:-



  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have proven experience in a professional office environment
  • Have high level of customer service skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team handling a wide variety of tasks
  • Have good organising and planning skills
  • Live locally to Kingston upon Thames
