We are currently recruiting for a lively events company who are looking for a Digital Delegate Coordinator to work within their team. A key member of a dedicated team responsible for building registration websites, mobile apps, data management and overall support to the Project Management team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering elements of multiple projects using our inhouse digital tool

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage meetings, conferences, and events on both internal and external systems
  • Manage client websites and Apps, ensuring all client assets are accessible on time and in line with the project plan
  • Give clear briefs to all members of the team.
  • Work within the Digital team and collaborate with other teams to ensure the build meets the client’s brief.
  • Ensure all relevant team members are updated throughout even life cycle.
  • Support with testing of various projects to ensure they meet the client’s specification
  • Analyse user feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Manage and edit client assets in line with project plan
  • To provide onsite support for projects across the UK and internationally
  • Responsibility for compliance with GDPR and data security regulations


Person specification

  • Understanding of delegate management systems
  • Experience of dealing with delegates via e-mail and telephone with a great telephone manner
  • Ability to test new developments
  • Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience
  • Experience of dealing with suppliers, including SaaS/App providers
  • An understanding and interest of how event technologies can be utilised for events and benefit clients
  • IT Savvy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Customer focused, at all time
  • Working independently, taking responsibility for individual actions
  • An eagerness to learn and continuously develop
