Data Input Assistant with good Excel skills – Immediate Start 

To fulfil a range of database and administrative tasks to support a team along with providing good customer service to the team.

The position involves extracting and capturing data and person must be confident working with Excel.

This role will ensure that data is captured, held and used in ways that will support the activities of the Income Generation Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To regularly import/export and manipulate data between databases
  • To play a key role in maintaining accurate, clean and regularly audited data producing reports where necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service appropriately and effectively.
  • To undertake any other such duties or general tasks and hours of work as may reasonably be required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel and database
  • Proven experience of effectively utilizing database
  • Proven experience of supporting customers
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Experience of using various databases
  • Ability to use customer relationship management databases
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent letter writing and verbal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
  • Adaptable to change
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately input data, at speed and within time constraints
  • Knowledge of gift aid law
  • Knowledge of data protection law
  • Car driver / full driving licence
