Data  Assistant: full  or part time- start immediately

The role entails some data manipulation, dealing with claims, inputting information of money received and putting the data on the system.  The position involves extracting and capturing data

To fulfil a range of database and administrative tasks to support a team along with providing good customer service

This role  objective is to ensure that data is captured, held and used in ways that will support the activities of the Income Generation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• To regularly import/export and manipulate data between databases
• To play a key role in maintaining accurate, clean and regularly audited data producing reports where necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service appropriately and effectively.
• To undertake any other such duties or general tasks and hours of work as may reasonably be required

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced Excel and working with databases
• Proven experience of effectively utilizing varied databases
• Experience of working as part of a team
• Experience of using various databases
• Ability to use customer relationship management databases
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
• Demonstrate ability to accurately input data, at speed and within time constraints
