My client is seeking a degree educated candidate (with GCSEs /A levels minimum grades -A and B) customer service experience to join a small friendly team.
The key role is responding to a high level of service related queries from customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with a range of issues from customers via telephone, email and occasionally face to face. Resilient with lots of initiative and the ability to learn new skills and work well as part of a team will be essential.
